Terms & Frequently Asked Questions

  Website SSL Security Certificates:

• We do offer SSL Security Certificates for customers who need them.
• SSL Security Certificates Require a Dedicate IP Address

Invoices Billing and Payment Plans:

• We do offer payment plans. Payment plans must be arranged before we begin work.
• Invoices are due the day they are sent unless other arrangements have been made.
• 10% late charge will be added after 10 days

Website Design & Changes

• We offer up to 5 minor changes at no cost within 30 days of your websites release date.
• You are not required to use us to make further changes to your website. Having a third party designer / programmer make changes to your website voids all warrantees.
• We are not bound by contract to make changes to your website after your website is released.
• If you have a third party designer make changes to your core system you must remove the auto updater. The auto updater will delete unknown changes without notice. We will not be held responsible for lost work.

Service Interruption & Suspension:

• For your protection and ours, we hold the right to suspend any website for any reason at anytime.
• We will not release a website that was suspended  for non payment
• A $25 dollar reactivation fee may apply

Do we charge for phone or email support?

• Hosting customers get unlimited email support and 10 minutes phone support a month.
• Design customers get unlimited email support and 30 minutes phone support a month.
• Additional phone support will be billed according to your hosting or design plan.

We do NOT install, work with or support third party programs or scripts.

• We do install SSL Security Certificates

Will we come to your location?

• We will meet at locations within 50 miles of our office in Sykesville Maryland. There is a $125 dollar an hour charge for on site meetings. This includes the drive to the location.

Getting a copy of your website:

• You can use the Cpanel back up system to retain a copy of your website.
• You can request a zipped copy or mailed to you on a disk by contacting customer support.
